The new Samsung 55″ Series 8 LED TV has added features over the Samsung Series 7 LCD TVs, one is that the internal storage have been expanded to 2gb. That’s more movies to store.  Another is that the frame rate was increased from 120MHz to 240MHz, with this Auto Motion Plus technology, unnecessary motion blur left on the screen are virtually eliminated so you’ll have a smooth and crisp picture and this can also be good for fast action video games.

The Samsung 55″ Series 8 is still as thin as 1.2inches and green as it uses up to 40% less power compare to other LCDs. Its advanced connectivity options can connect you to the Internet@TV and will allow you to receive content via Yahoo!®, Flickr®, and other online TV Widgets on screen.
